Apart from the language problem, most people speak only french , the people are friendly.

Mali offers a wealth of cultural, natural and people variety, but it has remained largely undiscovered by international tourism. Yet this 'Pearl of West Africa' is one of Africa's greatest destinations.

We offer you tailor made trips with an airco Landcruiser, a personal driver and your own, dedicated Malian guide.These trips are put together by Dutch writer and filmmaker Ton van der Lee, who lived in Mali for over ten years. He believes in programmes where respect for the people and their culture comes first. Therefore we do not go in for mass tourism or group tours. We work with a maximum of four clients per trip. Still, our prices are competitive because we know Mali inside out!

Why our tours?

A tour to Mali includes famous highlights like Timbuktu, Djenne and the Dogon country. However, we make a difference, because we travel in a four wheeldrive and we know all the secret places where other operators do not (or cannot) go. We visit a marabout (holy man) with you, we view hippos with you in a remote village on the Niger river, and visit a nomadic herders' camp where no other tourists ever come. And lots more. All this is possible because of Chiracs personal connection with these people and the dedicated work of our tour guide Kollah Bah. He is the only one we employ, because he is the best.
